Post-event feedback survey
A good post-event survey asks how likely people are to come back, what was best, what to change, and one open question. This template takes two minutes, asks a follow-up when someone mentions a problem, and groups the answers into themes.

A good answer and a weak one
For “What's one thing we should change?”
Good
“The Wi-Fi died on Saturday night right before the deadline, and nobody knew who to ask.”
Weak
“Nothing, it was fine.”
Fine to accept: it's feedback, not an exam. The chat thanks them and moves on.
